Clockaudio ARM 100-RF microphone
The Clockaudio ARM 100-RF is a microphone and part of the ARM series. This boundary microphone with omnidirectional polar pattern, has the unique ability to slide in and out of the table on command. Only a small, flat disk will then remain visible on the table top.
Conspicuously inconspicuous
The ARM 100-RF is built into the table, making it barely visible. A built-in digital motor allows the user to make the microphone disappear out of sight and to make it reappear when turning it off and on. This compact microphone has a height of 1,8 centimetre, when extended. After concealing the microphone, a small disk is left on the table, with a diameter of just 3 centimetre and a height of just 3 millimetre.
Solid
Despite its small size and the RETRACTA mechanism, the inconspicuous ARM 100-RF can handle a lot. The microphone is this strong thanks to the sturdy housing, made of high quality brass. This material makes the microphone last a long time and it makes it slide in and out of the table, effortlessly. It is possible to tailor the colour of the visible part of the microphone to one's liking, with a finish of suede coating. The standard finish is matt black.
Operation
The motor of the microphone is controlled by the
ARM-C motor control unit. In total, four ARM 100-RF microphones can be connected to it, using a network cable. With the motor control unit, the microphones are controlled at the same time. The ARM 100-RF is equipped with an integrated phantom power module. It is furnished with an RF filter, which eliminates all GSM frequencies.
Superior voice reproduction
The ARM 100-RF is designed for excellent quality voice reproduction. In addition, it's very easy to install these in a table. The microphone is very suitable for application in board rooms, court rooms and meeting rooms, for instance.
