Contacta V7 hearing loop driver
The Contacta V7+ is part of a range of hearing loop drivers, called the
V series. These hearing loop drivers can supply small to medium size hearing loop systems with a signal. The compact V7+ has a balanced microphone input and a balanced line input. Euroblock connectors allow for swift installation. The amplifier can be used freestanding as well as inside a 19” rack.The V7+ supplies 5 Ampère (RMS) and a voltage of 7.5 (RMS), making it possible to provide up to 445 square meters with a signal. This makes the amplifier very suitable for small to medium sized venues and ideal ideal for use in, among others, meeting rooms and places of worship. The V7+ has excellent Automatic Gain Control, sleep mode and smart self-diagnostics. The device combines Class-D with DSP technology. Thanks to the efficiency of the device, minimal warmth is generated. That’s why there’s no fan required, heat-sinks are used inside the amplifier. The device is also equipped with thermal protection. A strong processor provides peak performance when needed, producing outstanding music and speech quality.
Control and configuration
Whilst designing the amplifiers, constant attention is given to simplicity and convenience. This makes the V7+ easy to control by using the dial on the front. The adjacent backlit LCD display enables effortless monitoring of the settings during configuration.
