Baldwin Boxall

Baldwin Boxall was formed by four Directors – Terry Baldwin, Patricia Baldwin and Dave & Dawn Boxall – in 1982 in a shed at the bottom of Terry’s garden. In this shed, the ideas and prototypes for the now well-known Baldwin Boxall products were manufactured. In the meantime, business activities have outgrown the shed for a long time. The entire organization is now located at the office with a factory in-house in Crowborough, England. From this location, they strive to protect people around the world through innovation and communication.

Products

Baldwin Boxall designs, manufactures and markets voice-based evacuation systems and communications equipment. The products are used in a wide range of industries. For example, Tau Audio Solutions, in collaboration with Baldwin Boxall, has provided the Groningen student association Vindicat with an evacuation system, and the town hall in Almelo, for example, has also been equipped with an installation by Baldwin. All installations meet the requirements of NEN 2575:2004 and are EN54-16 and EN54-24 certified.

From the very first moment, Baldwin Boxall has stood for supplying high-quality products. It resulted in many prestigious projects all over the world. The choice of reliable products from Baldwin is also only right because even installations from Baldwin's early days are still in use.

Baldwin Boxall uses standard products wherever possible. However, practice regularly shows that no problem, and therefore the solution, is the same and that customization is often required. Baldwin, therefore, has a team of technical designers at its disposal for this purpose. This team is available during the design phase of the project as well as during the implementation and delivery.

Collaboration Baldwin and Tau Audio Solutions

Tau Audio Solutions has been carrying Baldwin products for over 15 years. Thanks to intensive cooperation, good contacts and excellent guidance from Baldwin Boxall, Tau is able to advise and support its customers from start to finish in setting up evacuation systems. Tau can also provide maintenance for the installation.
