Tau offers a range of network products including switches, UPS units, routers, and wireless solutions. All our network solutions are tailored for the AV market. We also increasingly see audio solutions that use the network, such as Dante, which transmits audio over the network from source to speakers.

Usage
Network products often offer the convenience of web interface control, allowing remote setup and management of the equipment.
Installation
The installation of network products depends on the equipment. Amplifiers, switches, UPS units, and routers are typically mounted in 19” racks. Speakers are installed at designated locations (in-wall or surface-mounted) and powered via CAT cabling, eliminating the need for speaker wire. Increasingly, new constructions use only CAT cabling, making it necessary to route audio solutions over the network.
