The Ashly AQM408
The AQM408 is an advanced, stand-alone speaker processor and zone mixer, designed for use with external amplification. This powerful and flexible device can handle virtually any application, from small zones to large stadium systems. Thanks to the AquaControl DSP engine, originally introduced in the mXa1502, the AQM408 offers an extensive library of DSP functions in a user-friendly interface. No complex training required! With a LAN or internet connection, the AQM408 is accessible from almost anywhere in the world via a browser, making configuration and troubleshooting easy.
With a configuration of 4 inputs and 8 outputs, the AQM408 meets a wide range of applications. The AquaControl™ web server interface works with any network device and operating system without the need to install additional software. The device includes many of the familiar functions of the trusted Protea DSP software and allows remote servicing, saving time and costs. The AQM408 features an Ethernet connection for full remote access to all functions via the network. The intuitive web interface enables live mixing and zone management on any browser-compatible device. Additionally, the system is compatible with the AquaTouch7 7" touch panel for an elegant wall-mounted solution.
For added convenience, automatic time-based actions are possible via the built-in planner and Real-Time Clock (RTC). The 1U rackmount design saves space and offers extensive audio processing functions, including compressor, limiter, ducking matrix, equalizers, and filters. Advanced acoustic control features such as Auto-Mixing and Ambient Noise Control ensure optimal sound performance. Additionally, handy tools like a signal generator and event scheduler are available.
