CM series

The SoundTube CM500i-BK is part of the CM ceiling speaker series. These high-quality speakers include both a woofer and a tweeter for perfect sound reproduction. The series includes various ceiling speakers, with the smallest model featuring a 4 inch woofer and the largest model of an 8 inch woofer. If you want to add extra layer to the sound then there is also a 10 inch built-in subwoofer.The SoundTube CM series is ideal for use in shops, restaurants, hotels or schools, for example, because it has a tight and unobtrusive design and has multiple applications. These include applications like reproducing background music, foreground music, voice recordings and broadcasters.

The SoundTube CM500i-BK

The SoundTube CM500i-BK is a CM series ceilling speaker. This speaker has a 75 Watt RMS and an 8 ohms impedance. The frequency range is from 75 Hz to 22 kHz. The speaker is equipped with a 5.25 inch woofer and a 1 inch tweeter.The CM500i-BK can be used in combination with a 100 volt installation and can also be tapped on 6/9/17 and 33 watts. This loudspeaker also features a transformer bypass. The speaker comes standard with a ceiling plate, euroblock connector and a cover plate. This makes it a very complete ceiling speaker. The colour of this speaker is black.

Installation

This SoundTube audio speaker should be mounted on the ceiling. Because of the supplied ceiling plate and the Speedwing mounting system, the installation is quick and easy to realize. The hole in the ceiling should have a diameter of 228.6 mm. Finally, be aware that during the making of the hole there is some clearance left for the housing of the ceiling speaker.
