The Opalys Ellipse is an indoor digital LCD clock with a character height of 6 and 3cm. That makes this clock suitable up to a viewing distance of 25m. The viewing angle is 160 degrees.
The clock is available in and white or aluminum color and with various time synchronization options.
The clock shows the time on the top line and on the bottom line fixed or alternating date, seconds, ambient temperature (sensor built in), day number, week number or self-programmable characters (7 maximum) for example the name of the city or location. The seconds are indicated by the seconds ring.
Various brackets are available for the Opalys including, wall brackets, ceiling brackets suitable for one or two clocks. There is also a table bracket so the clock can be set down.
The clock features an energy savings mode that turns off the screen between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
The models with AFNOR, DHF, 24V impulse (slave clock) and the standalone model operate on two LR14 batteries or an external power supply. The NTP model operates on PoE.
