Pan Speaker
The Pan Acoustics P16-pi is part of the series Pan Speakers. This serie are a range of column speakers that are available in different heights. The column speakers have a perfect design with a housing made out of aluminum. They are also modulair and cascadable. The system itselfs is a full range 2-way system that creates a maximum intelligibility of speech and music reproduction. In addition, it can be perfectly combined with a passive subwoofer from Pan Acoustics, such as the PSB-208 2x 8 inch subwoofer.Within the serie there are different options. You have the choice between low-z or 100 volts. You can also choose for a IP54 ratede version. The speaker will be shipped with the colour Aluminum (RAL9007). If you would like a different RAL colour then that is also possible. The column speakers are ideal for usage in theaters, museum, churches, conference events and schools. You can use the column speakers for foreground, background or paging solutions.
The Pan Acoustics P16-pi
The Pan Acoustics P16-pi is a high quality column speaker that is equipped with 16 x 3.5 HQ Neodymium inch drivers. The impedance of this speaker is 4 ohms. In total the program power of 600 watt. The SPL is 97 dB at 1 watt/1 meter with a frequency response of 150 Hz to 17 kHz.The column speakers is 1,80 meter in height and has a dispersion of 100° horizontal and 15° vertical. The P16-pi is suitable for multiple applications. The housing is made out of aluminum. Therefore the weight could be reduced to 9.8 kg.
Installation
The P16-Pi column speaker from Pan Acoustics is easy and quick to install. To mount the speaker on the wall you can use the provided brackets how can be rotated horizontally. For example the TWM-IV. After mounting the speaker you can connect it to a sound system. To connect the speaker to a sound system a 5-pol plug connector (in/out) is used.
