RCS Coaxial series
The Penton RCS6/TCOAX is part of the RCS Coaxial ceiling loudspeakers. It is a 2-way system with a mid-range driver and a tweeter. As the speaker is a 2-way system it can provide more bass and depth to the sound which makes it an perfect loudspeaker for high quality background music and vocal applications. Therefore  it is ideally suited for usage in shops, schools, hotels and hospitality.The loudspeakers can be used with a 100 volt sound system as it is equipped with a transformer. The speaker itself is made out of high quality materials with a unobstructive design so that it can be used in almost any situation. The colour of the speaker is white (RAL9016) and therefore usable in most standard ceilings.
The Penton RCS6/TCOAX
The Penton RCS6/TCOAX is equipped with a mid-range driver of 165 millimeter and a tweeter of 25 millimeter. Depending on the needed sound pressure the 10 watts rms loudspeaker can be set to tappings of 10, 5, 2.5, or 1,25 watts. The loudspeaker has a frequency range of 65 Hz to 20 kHz and a SPL of 91 dB at 1 watt at 1 meter.It is possible to use this speaker is wet areas as it is certified for a IP rating of IP21. It is also possible to use this loudspreker in clean rooms such as a laboratory with the special cover. These are optional available.
Installation
Installing the loudspeaker is very simple. You would need to have a cut-out of 190 millemeters. After making the cut-out you can place the bracket and fasten it to the ceiling. Next you can fit one side of the loudspeaker inside the bracket leaving you enough room to connect the loudspeaker to the sound system. After connecting the speaker to the system you can fit the other side of the loudspeaker to the bracket. Now you only need to carefully push the speaker in to the bracket where it will self locate.Penton RCS6/TCOAX summerized
