The Ashly mXa-1502 is a mixer amplifier and part of the mXa series. The advanced Class D amplifier is highly energy efficient, keeps it cool and is far less prone to failure than many similar amplifiers. A budget-friendly, highly reliable solution!

Flexible and reliable

Up to four zones of mixing and DSP, plus two programmable analogue 150W mic preamplifiers capable of driving 2,4 and 8-ohm as well as 25, 70 and 100V loads. Made simple with the compact mXa-1502: the single rack space device allows you to process twelve audio inputs into four different areas. This provides total control over four zones with completely different uses, like balconies, foyers, patios, waiting areas, receptions, offices and also big spaces that are occasionally partitioned into smaller spaces. Whether a space requires high-power, lots of different connected devices, or whether you’re dealing with challenging acoustics, the flexible mXa-1502 can handle it all! Be it multiple uses in various zones or daily operation, the amplifier shows dependability and great performance all the time.

Very complete

Besides being perfect for multi-zone music distribution, the mXa-1502 can also be used for paging, sound-masking and automatic mixing for a wide range of environments. The mixer amplifier has comprehensive digital signal processing (DSP) on all in- and outputs, including routing, matrixing, auto-mixing, ducking and amplifier monitoring. Functions like Parametric EQ, HPF and LPF, delay, auto leveller, AFC and gain ensure complete control and excellent sound quality. All these (and the other) functions, plus eight mic/line inputs, four stereo line inputs and four outputs make this the perfect solution for any audio installation.

Multitasker

Like a true multitasker, this mixer amplifier can handle paging and announcements, background music and TV audio from a single tablet or fixed remote. This means that the mXa-1502 can be used in multi-faceted, multi-zoned environments with very diverse requirements. This makes this Ashly mixer amplifier extremely suitable for use in auditoriums, (sports) bars, event centres, gyms, small clubs, college lecture halls, houses of prayer, hotels, cafeterias, multi-purpose rooms, restaurants, retail, schools, sports facilities and fields and meeting venues, for example.

Easy control and maintenance

Ashly’s AquaControl software provides total control over the four separate zones. All through an convenient and easy-to-use GUI, that doesn’t require a week of tutorials to understand and configure. With the most intuitive interface ever, the advanced software allows for navigation, using virtually any browser-enabled device. Just handle paging and announcements, background music and TV audio from a tablet or computer, easily. Or choose from two new hard-wired single-gang remotes, by Ashly. The WR-1.1 remote offers volume control and the WR-1.8 remote will let you select the required source, as well. Ashly AquaControl also allows for remote access, which means it’s not necessary to be on site to trouble-shoot or re-configure the mXa-1502! The scheduler and RTC (Real-Time Clock) offer event scheduling and triggering, allowing user-defined automatic, timed activation of various operations. Of course, the mixer amplifier can also be controlled, using the convenient front panel with four buttons for source/preset selection. Altogether, a convenient and user friendly experience.
