In 1970 after the world was introduced to Woodstock, outdoor music festivals became increasingly popular. Brighton Sound was the largest supplier of sound systems for these festivals. The first American mixer was the Buck Rogers and was created by a young engineer named Bill Thompson. Bill's passion for designing and building mixers and amplifiers was also noticed by his friends at Brighton Sound. Together they decided to focus on the production of audio products. What resulted in February 1974 in the Ashly brand. Over the past 40 years, the group of friends who worked together in Bill's basement has grown into a renowned company with its factory located in Webster, New York.

Products

Ashly is known for their high-quality signal processing equipment, mixers and amplifiers for the professional market. Originally, the products were mainly used for outdoor festivals. And today, we see a broad variation among the applications. The products are used in places such as churches, courts, hotels and meeting rooms – wherever good sound is required.
