What is it?

Amplifiers are categorized into mixing amplifiers and power amplifiers. Mixing amplifiers adjust audio settings such as treble and bass before amplification, useful if no pre-amplifier is used. If a pre-amplifier is used, a power amplifier alone is sufficient.
